ハノイは現在、台風と雨季に入っています。
ベトナム国家水文気象予報センターによると、熱帯低気圧が台風「ウィファ（Wipha）」に発達し、北部地域に影響を及ぼし始めています。

7月21日〜24日の間に到達すると予測されていますが、
本日（7月19日）時点ですでに多くの地域で大雨や強風、倒木、冠水が発生しています。
台風は予想より早く到来し、数日間影響が続く可能性もあります。

主な気象情報：非常に激しい雨（最大600mm）、強風、山岳地帯での土砂崩れ、停電の恐れ。
安全対策：悪天候時の外出は控え、窓や屋根、バルコニーの確認、
電子機器の充電や最低限の生活用品の準備、VTVやVnExpressまたはIzumiからの情報をチェックしてください。

📢 [Notice from Izumi] – Typhoon warning for Hanoi and Northern Vietnam.
For guests currently living in Vietnam — especially our international friends.

Hanoi is entering the stormy rainy season.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the tropical depression has strengthened into Typhoon Wipha and has begun to affect the northern region.

Although it is forecast to arrive between July 21–24,
many areas have already experienced heavy rain, strong winds, fallen trees, and localized flooding starting today (July 19).
The typhoon may arrive earlier than expected and continue for several days.

Key weather information: very heavy rain (up to 600mm), strong winds, landslides in mountainous areas, and possible power outages.
Safety reminders: limit going outside during bad weather, check windows, roofs, balconies;
